HISTORY
Kyle grew up around dogs and puppies bred by his grandfather, a champion beagle breeder, who lived next door. Those good times started up again in 1995 when Kyle left a banking job, renovated his granddad’s old beagle kennel and opened Pierson Creek Kennels.
His first boarder was a Lambertville pharmacist’s German Shepherd, Maggie. That pharmacist and a New Hope, PA, veterinarian began recommending Kyle. By 2001, he had to build a second, larger kennel.
Kyle claims much of his success is because he and wife, Sharon, are detail oriented.
“We know how things should be done. And we do them,” he says. As a result, the retired New Hope veterinarian still drives his dogs miles to board at Pierson Creek. Other
boarders come from as far as New York City and Baltimore, MD.
